I love walking where I walk bc no disruptions red lights etc I can think clearly it helps with my stress heals me so I listen to my meditation music with my Apple headset on when I’m walking it helps me focus clearly motivates me I’m in my zone listening to meditation music walking fast I don’t jog I just walk fast to get my cardio up and it helps me time my body I mean this works for me it’s a lot of hard work determination bc I want to look my best feel my best think my best is all 🙌🏻 I do this for me I never do this trying to impress men or anyone I only want to impress myself 🎯 so it’s gross to me when a man likes me looking sweaty etc

When I walk wearing my bracelet I never see snakes 🐍 when I don’t wear it I see big gray snakes with white faces 🎯 this is very true 💯 but now I put it on my left wrist I will walk later and tell you if I see a snake 🐍 then yesterday I was walking with bracket on my right wrist a stranger man a man stopped in middle of the road got out of his car starting at me it was scary bc I didn’t know what this man intentions are some men are scary bc I was not trying to impress anyone I was walking my daily walk as usual the only thing where I walk there are no people or things around so it can be scary when a man spooks me it startled me bc no one is around to help me if something should go wrong I believe in my bracket 🎯
